Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders that are within England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands are charged at £5.99*.

Whilst we try to keep our website stock levels as accurate as possible if an item you have ordered is out of stock or the dispatch of your order is delayed, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dealt with on the next working day. Henry's of Moreton and our courier service(s) do not treat Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays as working days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes – Henry's of Moreton is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages – Henry's of Moreton is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
